Shanty Days 2011 - Celebration of the Lake!
The information below is from 2010. Some things may change, but the general idea should be the same. This will be updated in the Spring of 2011.
Five categories of salmon and trout hooked from boat or shore, and kids contest for panfish and bullheads. All fish must be caught in Kewaunee County waters that are open to the public.
Age 15 and under tickets are $3, ages 16-17 $5 and adults, $10. In addition to cash and tackle prizes in the salmon, trout, panfish and bullhead divisions, tackle prizes and gas cards are awarded by random draw from all entrants attending the awards ceremony Sunday at 11 a.m. Daily weigh-ins at Algoma Marina pavilion.
